Total Triage — Skip the Phones!

From 17th November 2025, Brierley Park Medical Group will be introducing a Total Triage system to make it easier and faster for you to get the care you need.

This system will enable clinical staff to review all requests for appointments, ensuring you are seen by the right person at the right time.

Instead of waiting on the phone, simply complete our short online triage form. Your request goes directly to our clinical team, who will review it and ensure your request is seen by the right person, at the right time.

Depending on your needs, this may result in:

· A same-day or routine appointment

· A telephone consultation

· Advice or self-care guidance

· A referral (such as through the Pharmacy First scheme)

Using this service helps us manage demand efficiently and keeps phone lines free for urgent queries. If you’re unable to use the online form, our reception team can complete it for you over the phone or in person.
