Missed Appointments at Brierley Park Medical Group

We appreciate there can be many reasons why patients cannot make it to their scheduled appointments. 

In the month of September we had 509 patients who did not attend (DNA) and 684 in October. 

For every missed appointment this is a financial cost to the NHS.  No matter how late in the day please make sure you cancel the appointment if you are not attending, this can be done by calling us or 24/7  via NHS app or System online
